Learn to Dolphin Kick with the Finis Foil Monofin! This monofin teaches the “Foil Body Motion” developed and made popular by coach Bob Gillett.

The “Foil Body Motion” utilizes the whole body to create a powerful and undulating dolphin kick through the water. The Foil Monofin promotes an equal use of upwards and downwards kicks for propulsion throughout the entire dolphin kick movement. This increases both core and leg strength!

The natural rubber the monofin is made from provides a secure and comfortable fit.
